Work With Us If you have a valid lemon law case, we will work together to gather all documents and repair orders necessary to pursue a case or claim against the manufacturer.
Achieve a Resolution Upon a successful resolution of your lemon law case or claim, the manufacturer will be responsible for a reduction in the vehicle’s purchase price, a repurchase of the vehicle, or a trade out of the vehicle. On top of that, the manufacturer is responsible for our fees upon the successful resolution of a claim.
Tell Others At the conclusion of your claim, celebrate and tell others about your experience with The Nordgren Law Firm, LLC
Many consumers are left frustrated and confused after realizing that a new car or truck has problems. Fortunately, the law provides relief in the form of a repurchase, replacement, or a reduction in purchase price when your vehicle has been in and out of the shop for warranty repairs.
One of the first things we review when analyzing a lemon law case is the nature and persistence of the defect. This is because the severity and persistence of the defect dictates the type of relief available. In severe cases, the consumer may be entitled to a buyback or replacement of the defective vehicle, while less severe defects merit a reduction in what the consumer paid for the product.
Other things the consumer may be entitled to include:
Finance fees and interest paid for your auto loan
Repair expenses and towing charges
Car rental and alternative transportation charges
Registration fees and sales taxes
Funds expended to insure the vehicle
Attorney Fees
Our attorneys have worked on behalf of countless consumers to obtain successful results against some of the world’s largest car manufacturers. If you think you have a lemon, there’s nothing to lose by taking action. Nordgren Law offers a free case evaluation and the manufacturer pays our fees at the successful resolution of a claim. If no recovery is made for the client, no fee is owed to us.
