It’s a scenario most of us experience: You’re at a light preparing to turn left across multiple lanes of traffic. Oncoming vehicles are traveling at various speeds and you’re anxious to make your turn before the light turns red. As you inch towards the intersection...At Nordgren Law, we strive to make the path to a resolution as straight as possible so our clients can get out of their lemon and get back on the road.
What Am I Entitled To?
Many consumers are left frustrated and confused after realizing that a new car or truck has problems. Fortunately, the law provides relief in the form of a repurchase, replacement, or a reduction in purchase price when your vehicle has been in and out of the shop for warranty repairs.
One of the first things we review when analyzing a lemon law case is the nature and persistence of the defect. This is because the severity and persistence of the defect dictates the type of relief available. In severe cases, the consumer may be entitled to a buyback or replacement of the defective vehicle, while less severe defects merit a reduction in what the consumer paid for the product.

Attorney Fees
Our attorneys have worked on behalf of countless consumers to obtain successful results against some of the world’s largest car manufacturers. If you think you have a lemon, there’s nothing to lose by taking action. Nordgren Law offers a free case evaluation and the manufacturer pays our fees at the successful resolution of a claim. If no recovery is made for the client, no fee is owed to us.
